Hi Everyone,
Thanks to everyone who joined the playtest and thanks for sending us some responses to the playtest form. We have more than 300 now!
NEW VEHICLE AND BASE PROGRESSION
The biggest change we made following your feedback is to make the vehicles unavailable from the beginning; instead, you can unlock them by building the bases. Of course, you can build the truck from the very beginning so you can start gathering materials.
Cruncher and Garages are now kept in the savegames
Autosaves now when you build a base and when you mount a piece of the spaceship
Better handling on the moonbike, it now doesn't break as much as it did!
Fixed a bug where you couldn't drive on built bases
Rover jetpacks now don't make it go too crazy
Tools now have names on them so you can better understand what they actually are
Better tutorial names
Changed the material on titanium to make it more distinct from Iron
The magnet is now stronger, so you can lift big objects more easily and load them into the truck with more ease
Fixed a bug where the magnet launcher would stay on when dead
Fixed a bug where you would be teleported onto the roof of the garage while building
Fixed some map spots where it was impossible to drive.
Thank you again to everyone who played our game. We're super close to release, and we will close the playtest a few days before release. This has been a great ride. See you all on the 27th of July!
Best,
Castello Inc Team.
