camera fixed/keyboard tower menu fixed

The camera is now smoother and the panning with cam controls is way snappier. when using a keyboard there was an issue making the tower menu unable to appear unless the pause menu was active. this bug is no more. let me know if you find anymore bugs ill be ready to fix them.
