Some players are experiencing a launch or join server issue currently. If you are having either of this issues:
- Make sure your local game cache is verfied in Steam (Please DO NOT DELETE ANY FILES AFTER YOU DO THIS)
- Make sure your VCRedist 2012 is up to date: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
