v1.6.6 Hotfix

Apparently I broke the building options in one of the earlier batch of fixes (oops!), so that's all working again now. Someone had also reported that the description of the Cooks job was showing "0 Nothing per hour", so fixed that as well. Unfortunately, that's all I got time for tonight...
