🃏 The Common Ascendancy - Card Expansion Set
A new force rises from the overlooked.
The Common Ascendancy is a major expansion for Loopweavers: Dimensional Alliances, created in preparation for the upcoming Steam Deckbuilders Fest. This update introduces a bold new philosophy: power does not belong only to the rare… but to those who know how to wield the ordinary.
🔥 What’s inside the expansion?
120 new cards
106 Common cards
7 Legendary cards
1 Mythic card
1 Genesis card
5 new Heroes designed specifically to empower Common-based decks Each offering a unique approach:
Resource generation
Card advantage
Battlefield sustain
Defensive scaling
Mass-based win conditions
🧠 A new way to build decks
This expansion redefines how decks are created in Loopweavers.
For the first time, Common cards become the core of powerful strategies, not just fillers. Through new mechanics and Hero abilities, even the simplest units can evolve into engines of value, resilience, or overwhelming board presence.
The goal is clear:
Make every card playable.
Whether you prefer aggressive swarms, resilient formations, or long-term scaling strategies, The Common Ascendancy opens the door to a wider range of viable decks than ever before.
🌌 A shift in the balance of Astralis
Across the civilizations of Astralis, something is changing.
From the disciplined structures of the Chrome…
to the relentless unity of the Snake clans…
to emerging figures who challenge the established order…
A new ideology spreads:
Power is no longer reserved for the exceptional.
It is built, piece by piece, by the many.
🚀 Prepare your decks
With the Steam Deckbuilders Fest approaching, this expansion is the perfect entry point for new players and a deep strategic playground for veterans.
Adapt. Experiment. Ascend.
The Commons are no longer weak.
