Hello everyone!
We're excited to share another development update for When Voices Died.
The entire second level has now been completed and fully integrated into the game. This chapter expands Kael's story with new environments, narrative moments, puzzles, and some important details that help shape the relationship between the game's characters.
But that's not all.
We've also added a brand-new minigame called Nice Hand!
Inspired by classic poker-style card games, Nice Hand can be discovered during gameplay and serves as one of the many ways players can immerse themselves in Kael's world. While simple to learn, it brings a fun change of pace and helps reinforce some of the themes and moments you'll encounter throughout the story.
Current progress highlights:
✅ Level 2 completed
✅ Nice Hand card minigame implemented
✅ Additional story events and dialogue added
🔨 Continuing development of upcoming chapters
🔨 Polish, balancing, and testing
Thank you for following the development of When Voices Died. Your support and feedback continue to help shape the game.
More updates coming soon!
