Big week! I've added the Tier 1 dungeons with 3 new biomes. These are entirely different than the beginning of the game, or what I'd call Tier 0. New challenges, new gear, and more progress that unlocks the first half of the game towards 1.0 release.
New dungeons are accessible
New biome-specific terrain hazards, tougher enemies, and environmental dangers around every corner. Old and unstable tech that has new ways to punish you... the good news is the loot matches the danger, so you're not fighting acid-spitting horrors with a crude pipe wrench anymore :D
New gear
You're going to need better equipment to keep up as well, with two new armor affixes available: Insulated and Sealed, that should help you survive the new depths.
Visually, equipment finally looks like actual equipment, armor and weapons now render their specific piece on your character instead of generic sprite blobs. It took me a bit but is finally done.
New mutations, and pacts
Your run can be tweaked towards your play-style can be tweaked through new pacts: Bargainer, Cursed Vitality, Slow Metabolism, Beacon, and Hunted.
Steam deck improvements
I did some improvements to the deck controls, so now is much more responsive and easy to play. Great addition if you ask me, 10/10 to play laying down in the couch.
Feedback is always welcome, if you want to poke around early builds come and join Discord:
Thanks for playing!
