Another alpha is out!
This one is a mix of combat feel improvements, early crafting groundwork, and a small but important step toward localization: The Steam page is now available in English, Spanish, and Japanese.
Full in-game localization itself will come later on, once all the strings stop changing every five minutes.
I’ve improved the visuals and added new sounds so melee and ranged attacks are easier to tell apart. When you switch to ranged mode, the game will also auto-target the closest enemy, which should make quick swaps less awkward. This was brought during alpha testing on a stream, so thanks for the suggestions!
Blood merchants also got some love. They’re now much more explicit about what they’re offering. You either take a tainted gift, or you pay the price with a sacrifice. No more pretending this is a fair deal.
