🧹 Removed old on-screen shortcut icons not needed, and sometimes blocked the equip info: Also game info book updated accordingly and not blocking equipment information
🧼 Black Soap moved to the final toilet for easier late-game access
🛠️ Fixed a rare screen freeze issue (especially when Alt-Tabbing on certain screens)
💣 Grenades: fixed explosion positioning issue
💥 Grenades rebalanced: Now always hit, damage adjusted to 0–30 / 0–40 range
