I reread a comment pointing out some bugs and decided to go ahead and fix them plus a brand new one I didn't notice because my controller was plugged in.
- Fixed graphical error where one pixel line of background was visible on the end screen
- Made configuration buttons glow when hovered over
- Fixed bug where the S key and B button would go to the chapter select menu regardless of location
- Fixed bug where you cannot navigate the menu with the arrow keys if the joystick isn't plugged in
