Update v1.03

Another round of pre-release updates. This patch mostly focuses on accessibility.

Thanks to everyone for the continued feedback.

Version v1.03 - Patch Live

- Players can now hold the Spacebar as an alternative to holding the LMB.

- Made the tutorial menu more accessible.

- Moved the Credits & Community button to the homescreen.

- Buffed Twin Fangs: Food consumed by projectiles is now worth double.
