G'day Forts Fans! A few hours ago, the second Forts Tournament took place. This time the field was split into two brackets, one with largely European competitors, the other with players from North America.
All up, there were 30 eager fort commanders vying to become the second Supreme Champion. After three rounds of intense battling, each bracket had their champion and representative in the grand final, with RixdeTurcan vanquishing Tournament #1's runner-up xRayz3n to become European Champion, while Quxzcover defeated The Tea God.
The European and North American champions then went into the Grand Final. This intense series of battles had both commanders using their considerable expertise to put each other under pressure, destoying key weapons and installations. In the end, the best-of-five series went to the fourth battle, with RixdeTurcan taking only one of the contests from Quxzcover, who emerged victorious with a record of 3-1. Congratulations!
Once again, we'd like to say a big thank you to Quxzcover for organising the whole thing. Thanks also go out to all those who agreed to be referees.
Thanks for playing Forts, and if you want to join in on the next tournament, or just get involved with and battle other members of the Forts online community, head over to the Official Forts Discord[discord.gg] server!
Cheers,
EWG
