V13 Quality of Life update

A follow up update to V13 to fix a few QoL items. 

• Status effect descriptions have been reformatted. 

• Speedy's delivery box no longer moves.

• Keys are more common drops from treasure plants. 

• The scavenge skills now have a chance to find keys.
