This update includes
The default settings for controllers have been updated. This update will reset the controls to their default values to fix issues introduced in the last update. Unfortunately, this means you will have to reassign any controls that differ from the default bindings just this once. You will get a message about this at the start of the game.
RC controllers now can no longer be used to navigate menus or interact with game functionality apart from controlling your drone itself. For flying drones their functioning -obviously- remains exactly the same. This was a well-considered design choice to ensure a smooth user experience and to remedy a number of problems that rose from the fact that the wide variety of RC controllers used with the game were never designed specifically to control a game. (E.g. The left stick giving continuous input to the menus when it is not centered.) Standard game controllers, mouse, and keyboard work the same as before.
Tracks now also load when entering Free Flight from the Workbench.
Depth of field effect has temporarily been disabled in the workbench. The effect may be responsible for the crashes some players experience in that part of the game. Feedback on this is much appreciated.
Added the ability to jump in the Track Editor.
Fixed an issue where the player easily got stuck in the Track Editor.
The rotation of a held item in the Track Editor is now preserved when switching between items.
Rotating items in the Track Editor is faster. Thanks for all the support!
