- Lobby menu. Create or Join lobbies. Removed auto join one global lobby on main menu enter.

- Scared of crashing animation experimental animation (new one being worked on by grey that might make it tomorrow)
- More animation smoothing for riding/air
- Less smooth rail entry somehow - think it happened a couple days ago and didnt notice at the time. Will fix soon.
- Removed Dev Tool - Noticed a few bugs that makes it annoying to use as well as intimidating non sensical layout.
- Added Free Roam Camera - Press tab to toggle and use the mouse and WASD keys for movement.
