There are times when you have to realise that time can be both your ally and your enemy. Moments where you know that pushing stuff to a certain date will deprive it of the extra love it needs to make everyone proud and happy of what you are doing.
Today has been a race against the clock, a race we didn’t win. We have pulled extra resources, worked around the clock and fought glitches all week. But ultimately we had to come to a decision where the quality of the produce has to come first.
We know that you all have looked forward to this release and we know that you have been patient with our product. Some of you may see this as a huge disappointment and we understand your point of view.
But we are doing this for the greater good of the product. The day we ship the new PGM, the parts we include in the release, has to work and be a joy to play.
We hope and wish that you will give us a little bit more time to complete this part of the game and know that it is out of respect and love of both the game and the community we are doing this.
Hopefully the release will be at the end of this month.
