We don't need $100 million.
We don't need 500 developers.
We don't need multiple studios.

Star Citizen has been affecting many gamers. Most importantly it has begun threatening platforms/models I believe in and that genuine (indie) developers can truly make use of. For every action there is an opposite and equal reaction and I am going to be that reaction right now.

With that much money, that much talent and that much time there sure is very little for their consumers to actually play. With recent developments/comments on their end and seeing how they interact/look at/treat their fans I've felt the need to tackle this straight on.

We can deliver that experience for far less. We will illustrate this via Guardians of Orion. FPS confirmed, Orbital Command confirmed, Orbital FPS PvP confirmed, etc, etc. Oh and this will all be available for $1 starting May 2016.
Star Marine has missed many dates. From what I can recall it now no longer has a date. That is a shame but one that I am going to fix. Our new mode will satiate anyone's hunger for Orbital FPS. The name for this mode is appropriately titled Star Guardian. More details coming as we approach the March/April/May releases.
The fun stuff is coming by Summer 2016.
I am coming for you, Star Citizen.
Love,
David
