I will start by saying that we absolutely love what we do. We love being creative, we love making games, we love working in and with Orion and we enjoy all of you who devote so much time to playing and making this a special place.
Most fortunately, unlike most developers, we aren't in it for the money. This permits us the freedom to cultivate an incredible community which we are regularly and constantly complimented on.
I understand that the toxic people we remove or uninvite don't enjoy this, but it makes the universe much better overall.
We work hard and don't have the luxury of time, nor would we ever choose to put up with certain types of toxic community members. This results in updates coming out extremely fast.
It's a controversial development style, but it works for us and makes the experience much more enjoyable when surrounded by good people.
That being said, every knife in the box isn't always as sharp as the others and we want to ensure that users are aware of our mentality now and going forward:
Forum Rules
1. By participating in these forums, you agree to the Guidelines and Rules below, as well as the Terms of Use and Code of Conduct. 2. You shall not harass, defraud, threaten or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other members or staff. This includes name-calling, trying to provoke other users, flaming users, or singling out a user’s actions. 3. We actively encourage feedback and opinions in our forums. However, ‘rants’ or ‘bashing’ posts are prohibited and will result in moderation action. 4. The decisions and actions of our forum moderation team are final. Discussing moderation decisions and/or private communications made by members of our forum moderation team publicly in any way will result in further moderation action being taken. 5. Profanity, slurs, and otherwise obscene language is prohibited in our community. This includes any misspellings, substituting punctuation, or any other methods that reflect an otherwise banned word. 6. You shall not impersonate any employees of Trek Industries or its partners, past or present. This includes members of the Community Moderation Team and other forum members. 7. Petitions of any kind are not permitted – this includes linking to and discussing petitions. We welcome the feedback of our players, but in the discussion-based manner our forum thrives with. Consistently breaking this rule will result in moderation action. 9. No spamming. Empty posts, off-topic replies, or spam posts will be deleted. Posts that significantly detract from the forums will not be tolerated. 10. No flaming or trolling. Personal attacks to other members, mods, admins, or employees will be deleted and may result in a ban. Posts meant to incite others or post derogatory information about others are strictly forbidden. 11. No pornographic material, illegal software, cheating, hacking, illegal content, trademarked/copyrighted content that does not belong to you, racist, sexist or offensive content, or links to any of those materials. Do not promote or endorse any illegal or offensive activities. Any discussion or linking to topics that violates the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct is prohibited. This rule is strictly enforced and will result in a ban. 12. Do not abuse the use of signatures. Any signatures that are an eyesore will be edited and/or deleted. 13. Do not post the same thread more than once, or in different forum categories. 14. Off-topic threads or threads that go off-topic may locked. 15. Do not knowingly post misinformation, lies, or false facts. Additionally, please use official sources whenever possible when speaking in definitive terms. 16. No solicitation or reward-based advertising. 17. No trading of codes, merchandise, services, or any other tradable item. Giveaways must be approved by a member of the Trek community team. 18. Do not post your or anyone else’s personal, sensitive, or confidential information on these forums. If any user asks you for personal information, do not provide it. 19. One forum account per user/person only. Banned or suspended users may not make new accounts to join. No exceptions. 20. Our board only supports English language posts at this time. Any posts in other languages will be removed. 21. Posting child sexual abuse content of any kind will not be tolerated. Any serious content considered to imply or hint towards child sexual abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) immediately (within 24 hours), and all posts will be deleted. 22. This forum and all content on these forums are the property of Trek Industries, Inc. Any violation of the rules above or any actions that create a negative experience for others may result in a temporary or permanent ban of your account. To sum it all up:

( 2 - Don't Be Stupid )
• Research previously posted topics/threads before posting a duplicate.
• Ask questions first, make any demands later.
( 3 - Don't Hack/Cheat )
• Any manipulation of game or server files will result in any or all of the following:
Game Ban, Community Ban, Credit/Ion Depletion, Character Resets, Inventory Wipes.
( 4 - Be Constructive + Productive )
• Provide specific feedback so it can better assist Devs and Consumers.
• If you have issues with optimization, provide your hardware and software setup.
( Two Basic Principles )
It all boils down to two basic principles:
1. Treat others as how you would like to be treated.
2. Early bird gets the worm.
If you're a ♥♥♥♥, you will be treated like one.
If you're an idiot, you will be treated like one.
If you're a troll, you will be trolled.
If you cheat, we will waste your time.
If you're supportive, we will support you.
If you're appreciative, we will appreciate you.
If you contribute, we will meet you halfway.
If you supply feedback, we will listen.
If you have a question, we will respond.
Anything not following guidelines is subject to locking, deleting or bans/removals, especially with consecutive occurrences.
