* Suppressed party portals during events when "Mute All" is toggled on.
* Bug fix: Community Helpers no longer able to cast more than one vote-to-suspend against a single user.
* Updated 2D PC controls to be more user-friendly. (Enable new controls in settings > input.)
* Disabled dynamic render scale to make opening/closing menu smoother. (Can still be manually adjusted in settings > display.)
