Surprise, realtors!
The previous update notes mentioned the game was moving into maintenance mode and would mostly just receive bug fixes. While that is still true, we decided to add a couple of small improvements based on player feedback and a few things we wanted to refine.
Changes
Added a vacancy system – rentals now have a chance to occasionally be vacant instead of always generating rent
Added a Net Monthly display to owned properties so it's easier to see whether you should rent them or flip and sell
Owned property upgrade levels now increase rent, maintenance, and property value
Minor UI tweaks
Fixed minor bugs
Existing saves should carry over and automatically adjust to the new system.
