Hey everyone,
This update expands the game’s money sinks and gives you something meaningful to work toward after winning or maxing out the MLS system. A few of you pointed out that progression hit a wall once you crossed the finish line. So this new update introduces personal property.
The new My Property tab gives you two upgrade paths:
Home upgrades - bigger and nicer, but increase the monthly mortgage expenses
Office upgrades - flat fee to upgrade, but increases the monthly income
And yes, you can absolutely wait until after you’ve hit $1,000,000 and cleared your income-vs-expenses requirement… or you can upgrade everything early and make winning way harder on yourself.

Going Forward
With this update out, the game is shifting into maintenance mode to focus on the next project.
Quick clarity: maintenance mode means support, patches, and fixes only — not abandonment. The game is considered complete on the development side, and I’ll still be here keeping it stable and playable.
I’ll continue patching any issues that show up, so if you run into bugs, toss them here:
