We have pushed a new update to the demo to address a few critical bugs in Practice Mode and ensure a level playing field on the leaderboards. A huge thank you to the players who took the time to report these issues to us!
Bug Fixes
Leaderboard Exploit Fixed: Resolved an issue where leaving a practice session immediately after the countdown ended would incorrectly save your time and post it to the leaderboard.
Role Assignment Fix: Fixed a bug where a player's role would fail to update if they started a new practice mode by clicking "Next" on the post-practice menu. Previously, this caused players transitioning from Playing Defense to Contested Goal to remain stuck with the Defender role, preventing them from scoring.
Leaderboard Sorting Fix: Resolved an issue where the sorting order was set incorrectly on some leaderboards, causing lower scores to appear above better ones.
Leaderboard Reset To maintain fairness and accuracy following the fixes to the practice mode timer exploit and the sorting order, we have completely reset the leaderboards for the demo.
