Due to a much larger-than-expected surge of players, some users are encountering problems such as being stuck on “joining game” or being unable to join a lobby. We understand how frustrating this is, and we take full responsibility for the experience.
Our team is actively working to stabilize the servers and increase capacity as quickly as possible. This unexpected influx has pushed our systems beyond their limits, but it is also helping us identify exactly where we need to improve, and we are moving fast to address it.
We ask for your patience as we work through these issues. Your support means a lot to us, and we are committed to delivering a smoother, more reliable experience very soon.
