Hotkeys, new font and few QOL features

Quick update with a bunch of stuff I’ve been working on:

Switched to DirectX 11.
This should make the game more stable for older drivers.

Hotkeys are here for all the fast builders!
They work in combinations: first number picks the category,
second picks the building. So 1-1, 1-2, 2-2, 4-1 and so on.

New font, and I reworked the UI a little.

You can now turn off quest notifications.
There’s a small button next to the Quest Lady.

Factories now give more resources and cost less. So there will be less spamming while on a building spree.

High School now costs 5 cotton instead of 10.
Small Park can now be placed one tile further from the road.
