Hello everybody! Don't worry about 0.2.0. There was a major oversight...
So what's worth mentioning?
Added a manual respawn system as an extension of the anti-softlock system.
Removed nearly every shape size limiter, now that the player can respawn.
The player is no longer invincible. Due to this, the health of some shapes have been adjusted.
Did a lot of background work on an upcoming alternate gamemode.
Fixed many issues with the battle cam usage and relationship with the sky background.
Added proper icons for different controllers.
Added more assets intended to be used with the Editor.
Re-rendered many of the older instrument samples. This corrects the samples that had premature cutoff. However, some notes do not have the same attack time which, but that should not be perceivable to us as humans.
Improved the design of some areas across the story and demo levels.
Started support for more achievements. Some of them are currently tracked only within the game. They should retroactively unlock later, if the criteria has been met.
What's next?
I have more levels and gamemodes cooking. I also need to keep working on platform collision, but that is rather complex due to all the possible angles of usage.
