In continuing my testing of the game ahead of launch, I’ve released a small patch for the demo that improves the following areas:
Upon starting a level, the game now checks for any actively connected controllers to ensure the hint UI displays the correct icons.
When using the traditional swing mode, the game will no longer show “0% left” or “0% right.” Swing variance is now only displayed when greater than 0.
Spin is now reliably applied to the ball on impact. Previously, players needed to continue holding the spin direction for it to take effect.
Credits now scroll to ensure they display clearly in other languages where text size may be larger than the default.
Thanks,
Matt
