The release of the full game is less than 10 days away! While testing the full build I stumbled across some opportunities to tighten up the gameplay experience.
Here is the list of changes:
Better support for controller disconnecting - the game now pauses, allowing users to reconnect a controller before continuing the game
Added support for Steam Deck - Hint / Controller UI now shows Steam Deck buttons
Default to active input when showing controls UI - If the player is using a controller, these controls will be shown when opening the controls screen
Fixed up invert Y axis option - Camera controls now respect this value
Made out of bounds more robust - The game now handles if a ball goes out of bound multiple times in quick succession
Ensure swing stance and swing mode are fully updated and enforced if the player resets to default settings while playing the game
I’m really excited that the release is so close now, and I can’t wait for players to finally get their hands on the game and start playing.
Thanks
Matt
