Hey everyone,
We wanted to share a glimpse of what we’ve been working on lately — and where SYNCLIT is heading.
Right now, a big part of our focus is on polishing the feel of each run. Movement, readability, and overall flow are being refined so navigating the space feels more natural and intentional. Environments are becoming clearer in how they guide you — without breaking immersion or over-explaining.
We’re also adding new interactive elements that make runs more dynamic. The goal is simple: keep each run engaging, while making the experience feel smooth and intuitive at every step.
At the same time, we’re tightening the overall flow. Subtle cues and signals are being introduced to guide you forward — so you always feel in control, without the system explicitly telling you what to do.
Combat is getting a lot of attention as well. We’re expanding abilities and exploring deck variations tied to different playstyles, allowing each run to feel more distinct. At the same time, we’re improving clarity and feedback — making combat easier to read, faster to react to, and more satisfying overall.
Another important direction is how gameplay connects to the narrative. As you progress, you’ll encounter memory-driven events that gradually reshape your understanding of the system. Information unfolds over time, revealing new layers of meaning.
We’re also pushing overall polish — refining transitions, visual feedback, and the buildup of key moments. Every action should feel impactful. Every run should feel cohesive.
In parallel, we continue developing the narrative — expanding its layers and improving how the world reveals itself through the system.
Today, we’re sharing updated level visuals and a short look at one of the combat spaces we’re currently polishing.
SYNCLIT is still in development.
And we’re really glad to have you with us on this journey 💙 View game page
