Greetings,
We are very sorry to inform you of a situation: the 30% launch discount originally planned for R.I.P. - Reincarnation Insurance Program has encountered an issue and did not take effect on the store page as scheduled, affecting your purchasing experience. We sincerely apologize for this.
The discount currently displayed on the R.I.P. - Reincarnation Insurance Program store page has not taken effect as originally planned, which is inconsistent with the launch offer we intended. We fully understand that for players who have been looking forward to this, it has undoubtedly affected your purchasing experience, and we sincerely apologize for this.
At present, we are actively communicating with Steam and doing our utmost to investigate and resolve the issue. Since the discount configuration involves adjustments on the platform side, we need to work together with the Valve team to complete the relevant processing, so it may take some time.
Once the bug is fixed, we will offer everyone the 30% discount.
You're welcome to check back later.
We once again extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible so that everyone can experience the game at a more favorable price.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us in the Steam Community or our Discord. Thank you for your patience and support!
