Hi! GoragarX here. As I said in the previous Dev Update, I had an update ready to publish that focused on adding requested features from some players.
New Features
[NEW] Cloud Saving: The game now supports cloud saving. If you change devices (for example, from desktop to Steam Deck), you'll keep all anomalies, items obtained, etc.
[NEW] Anomaly Compendium is now accessible during gameplay: If you pause the game mid-run, you can access all the anomalies. It dynamically updates as you play, and you're notified when a new anomaly is registered.
[NEW] Speedrun Fast-Restart: Some of my fastest anomaly hunters said that having to go back to the menu if you messed up your speedrun was an annoyance. While playing Speedrun mode, a new button to restart the run appears in the pause menu.
[NEW] UX/UI Improvements: There have been several UI Changes aimed at Steam Deck compatibility (slightly larger font sizes in some text, some layouts changed to better fit the 16:10 aspect ratio). Additionally, some keyboard shortcuts have been added (e.g., pressing ESC on the options panel of the main menu closes it, and pressing ESC on the main menu triggers the "Quit" modal window).
[NEW] New Anomaly: I see you...
Bug Fixes
Audio Tapes are no longer "consumed" when swapping tapes on the lobby recorder.
You can no longer walk while doing static inspections.
You can no longer get stuck in front of the sofas in the right side of the corridor.
Fixed a carpet texture bug in the right side of the corridor
Room 12 is no longer visible from room 1 when that anomaly is active.
Fixed an issue with the collider of the furniture piece in the middle of the corridor that made grabbing the hidden pink box unintentionally difficult.
The staff room wall safe item is correctly displayed when inspected in inventory. (No one noticed this, because no one has figured out the code yet… hahaha)
