Hello everyone,
After several months without updates, this demo version is finally ready in its most complete form yet. New features, fixes, and a faithful representation of the full game.
What has changed?
New major characters: Léon, the doctor next door, and Yves, the persistent but incompetent police officer, make their first appearance—planting the seeds for their future regular visits.
A hidden special character: Appearing only rarely, not everyone will encounter them. Others are available in the full game.
New music (thanks, Arnaud!)
A redesign of the title and game over screens
Save system: You can finally save your progress! Saves are compatible with the full game, allowing you to continue your playthrough later :)
Bonus rules introduced: On day 5, Management may reward you with a bonus if you meet the conditions. This one is simple, discover more in the full game.
Clearer gameplay information: For example, the “Leave” button has been renamed to “Shh, I’m thinking,” and the word “possible” has been added to symptoms in the manual.
A clearer, more concise tutorial
Fixes:
Many improvements have been made gradually, resulting in a much more comfortable experience. Not everything can be listed, but among others:
Click-related issues
Document movement problems
Typos and missing translations
Unloaded textures
Diagnosis errors
Options preferences not being applied
Game-breaking bugs
Final words:
Thank you again for your feedback and patience. Prescribe and Pray is now in a fully playable state and faithfully captures the atmosphere and gameplay of the full game in a demo that, while limited, is dense enough to make you want to continue the adventure.
