Bug Reports
A new bug causing occasional fatal errors was reported by a very observant player (thank you!). After reviewing footage and reports, the issue appears related to a grenade shrapnel effect. Adjustments were made to that system, and I’m hoping this stabilizes the issue.
I’ll continue monitoring it closely — please continue reporting anything unusual.
As a solo dev, every patch can change how things behave across different systems, so something that works fine on my PC may behave differently on yours. I’m committed to fixing as much as possible.
Things I’m Actively Working On
You guys have made a ton of great suggestions, and while I can’t always follow up with each request personally, I do read them. If something hasn’t been added yet, it’s usually because it’s either not technically possible, or not at the quality level I want it to be yet.
Here are some features I’m currently exploring:
3rd Person Mode
Key Mapping / Rebindable Controls
Motion Blur Toggle
Arachnophobia Settings (I’m terrified of spiders too, so no judgment )
Vehicles
Additional Weapons
These are not guaranteed features, and depend on my skill level, tools, and available time. I’m not a professional studio — just a regular dude with passion — but I always try to learn new things when you request them. Your patience and motivation mean a lot to me. Just know I’m here, I’m listening, and I’m invested.
A Message From Me
I’m extremely grateful for everyone who’s been supporting this game and leaving feedback. Because of that support, I’m preparing a big Christmas present for everyone who owns Melted Valor — completely free. Stay tuned for an announcement soon.
In the meantime, if you’ve enjoyed the game, your positive reviews help the Green Forces more than you know. Thank you for being part of this little plastic war with me.
