This game started as a passion project — built late at night between shifts, with way too much coffee and a lifelong love for those old-school shooters. I was motivated to do this out of pure passion, and my own frustration with how lazy modern game companies have become. They are expensive and joyless to me. I wanted Melted Valor to bring it back to that 1990s magic — grit and grime, simple arcade style save files, health pickups, nostalgic storylines, memorable enemies, and fun. It’s about your experience, not multiplayer grind, pay for skins, or fluff garbage. I am grateful to see there are others out there who crave that, and it's not just me.
