Before the tension builds.
Before the psychological descent begins.
Before everything starts to unravel…
There was a beginning.
We’ve released a video on YouTube diving into Kuromaku: Prologue — the chapter that explores where the story truly begins and sets the emotional foundation for the full game.
The Prologue gives you:
🎭 The early psychological setup
🌫 The grounded slow-burn atmosphere
🧩 The narrative seeds that grow in the full release
🎮 A look at the origins of the main experience
While the original demo has been removed, we believe presenting the backstory through Kuromaku: Prologue is the best way to properly frame the beginning of this journey.
And don’t worry — the Prologue will also be included in the full game, so you won’t miss any part of the story.
If you’d like to see how it all begins, you can check out the full Prologue video now on our YouTube channel.
Thank you for continuing to support Kuromaku — the full experience is where everything comes together.
