During Steam Fest, one question kept coming up again and again:
Will Warhounds be playable on Steam Deck?
Will it support controllers?
Are Xbox and PS5 versions planned?
We’re happy to say: YES to all of the above.
Right now, our team is actively working on adapting Warhounds for gamepad support. There’s still work ahead, but even at this stage, the game already feels surprisingly solid on controller.
Here’s what’s currently in our roadmap:
🎮 Steam Deck Ready at Launch
Full optimization with stable performance targeting 30 FPS for portable play.
🕹️ Full Controller Support Coming Next
Complete gamepad integration with comfortable controls both in combat and while managing your base.
🔥 Console Release After Launch
After passing all required certification processes, Warhounds will arrive on Xbox and PS5.
We know many of you want to take Warhounds beyond the desktop — and we’re making it happen.
This is only the beginning. More updates soon. 🐺
