Hello, dear friends of Animia!
This is the development team of "BOBO ~In Animia~ ".
Thank you so much for your support!
We’re excited to announce that the game will soon begin its first Playtest, and you can participate by clicking the “Join Playtest” button on our Steam page.
Below is a brief overview of the content available in this Playtest:
🐾 Playtest Content Overview
Players will be able to experience the full content of the first three in-game days.
Day 1 serves as the tutorial.
Days 2 and 3 are free-play days.
The following core systems are included in this test:
⚔️ 1. Roguelike Combat
The roguelike system features multiple weapons and elemental buffs.
The starting weapon is a sword, and you can purchase the hammer weapon at Pupu’s Weapon Shop between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM in-game time.
Elemental Buffs
Available elements include Water, Fire, and Ice.
These can be applied to normal attacks, charged attacks, and dodge attacks.
By combining different elemental effects, you can trigger elemental reactions — so obtaining a second weapon and adding different elemental buffs to your dodge attacks early on is highly recommended!
Weapons
When Bobo equips a weapon, you can perform normal, charged, and dodge attacks.
Certain weapon combinations can even trigger chain skills, activated through quick weapon switching.
Weapons are also key to resource collection.
While city resources are limited, abundant materials can be found in the wilderness.
Upgrading weapons allows you to gather building materials, ores, and other valuable resources.
Wilderness Map
The Playtest opens the first chapter’s Forest Map, with additional stages unlocked as you progress through the main story.
🍳 2. Restaurant Management
Running your restaurant is the main way to earn gold.
Collect ingredients during the day in the wilderness, then use them at night in your restaurant to cook and serve customers.
Menu
There are two menus: Food Menu and Drink Menu.
Drinks are fixed and don’t need to be changed.
The food menu should be updated daily based on the ingredients you’ve gathered. Food is categorized into Main Courses, Entrees, Desserts, and Soups — offering a variety of dishes will earn you extra tips!
Customer Orders
In this version, there are two types of orders: Drink Orders and Meal Orders.
Drinks are prepared using the beverage machine.
Meals are cooked by Meowny, while Bobo handles food delivery. Fulfilling all customer needs grants you a special buff bonus.
🐻 3. Animal Friends
Your animal companions are waiting to meet you!
You can find your siblings, family, and new friends in Animal City.
Chat and give gifts daily to increase friendship levels.
As your bond deepens, you can invite them out for dates — such as watching movies together.
Each friend has unique events and stories; completing them will further strengthen your relationship.
Go meet your first animal friend today!
