Patch V.1.1

And so it begins.
First patch of the game to fix a few bugs and make some minor tweaks here and there.

1. Increased the rarity of certain encounters
2. Fixed the credit card displaying the Bible's document image
3. (Hopefully) fixed the electrical maintenance door opening by itself
4. Optimizied some of the code to make the game lighter
5. Fixed the electrical lever not behaving as intended
