A big content update is arriving tomorrow for the Inferno Protocol Demo. Here's a quick look at what's coming:
New Content New weapons, clothing, and items — including the Katana, Shotgun, Brass Knuckle, Wrist Watch, Belt Bag, and more.
New Enemy: Giant Rat A new creature that chases, attacks, and grabs the player. Escape before it's too late.
New Areas Many new interiors added throughout the maze, including sewer areas and trade interiors. Some interiors have creatures inside during the day — they leave at night, making it the perfect opportunity for looting.
New Systems Cooking System redesign, Notebook (draw and share with other players), Trade System with NPC merchants, Quest System, and hidden Sound Recordings to uncover the story.
Gameplay Craft using items directly from chests and stashes, quick item use while in inventory, fire barrels that extinguish in rain, and much more.
100+ bugs fixed.
Some of these features have already been pushed to the demo in pieces for testing over the past weeks. Tomorrow's update brings everything together — fully finished and ready to play.
Thank you for supporting us — this update is for you. See you tomorrow.
