Hail Knights!
We apologize for the recent issues that our Hellsgarem players may have experienced since the release of the updated graphic texture patch. To compensate for the lost events and multiple restarts, we will be sending players who have logged in to Hellsgarem from March 22 - March 29 the following:
- Active Premium from 3/22 - 3/29: 1 Silvery Gem, 1 Blue Treasure Chest, 2 Monster Stones
- Non-Premium user from 3/22 - 3/29: 1 Red Treasure Chest, 1 Monster Stone
The compensation rewards will be sent out during maintenance on Tuesday, April 4th.
Please don't forget to participate in the special Easter Monster Hunter event during this Friday's Twitch stream. Hellsgarem players will enjoy special extended summoning time during this event as additional compensation. Don't miss out!
