**Update 22:11PST** The issue has now been resolved and you are now able to log in. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Compensation plan is currently being created and will be announced at a later date.
**Update 20:29PST** We are close to resolving the issue, however our network engineers have notified us they need approximately 2 additional hours to resolve the problem. We will continuously update this post until the issue is resolved.
**Update 19:35PST** We are undergoing emergency maintenance to resolve the current connectivity issues players may be experiencing. Estimate downtime will be 1 hour.

**Update 14:07PST** Sign in and In-game issues seem to be ongoing for Hellsgarem and Pathos, we're currently investigating.

This morning we became aware of an issue preventing users from logging into the Knight Online Client successfully.
This is being investigated, and this announcement will be updated when new information emerges.
