**Update 14:49 PST** Cypher and Hellsgarem remain down at this time while we continue to investigate log in issues.
**Update 11:19 PST** Cypher and Hellsgarem are going to be taken down for maintenance while we investigate the issue users login and connection stability.
This morning we became aware of an issue preventing users from logging into the Knight Online Client successfully, and randomly disconnecting users on Cypher and Hellsgarem, similar to the outage on 5/17.
This is being investigated, and this announcement will be updated when there is new information to provide.
