I've bunched a few more release together. After being in Beta for a while it seemed they were pretty stable.

- Improved: Calculation thread no longer continuously running (less CPU).

- Improved: Calculation for the Start/Finish skipped unless editing or exporting.
- Fix: Start/Finish not exporting correctly to AC when more than one team.
