I've posted this to announce an unfortunate update to the roadmap.
Here's the update to the game's roadmap
The brutality move system will be coming out when early access is available due to time concerns. That is when level 2 is out.
You can still pass the game's tutorial without brutalizing the clerk through an interaction.
