We’re excited (and a little nervous) to finally share this with you.
Hello Anxiety officially launches on January 22, 2026, bringing a deeply personal, narrative-driven experience to Steam.
This is not a game about winning.
It’s a game about understanding.
What Is Hello Anxiety?
Hello Anxiety is a story-focused puzzle experience that explores mental health through symbolism, introspection, and quiet moments of self-reflection.
Instead of combat or timers, the game asks you to:
Sit with uncomfortable thoughts
Solve puzzles rooted in emotional states
Navigate environments shaped by anxiety itself
Every mechanic, visual, and sound has been designed to reflect how anxiety feels—not how it’s explained.
What You Can Expect?
Narrative-Driven Gameplay A guided story that unfolds through environments, dialogue, and subtle interactions.
Symbolic Puzzles Challenges that represent internal struggles rather than external threats.
Minimalist Visual Style Pixel-art aesthetics that evolve alongside the protagonist’s emotional journey.
A Thoughtful, Respectful Approach to Mental Health No gimmicks. No exaggeration. Just honesty.
