✨ Pal Engine – Update 0.6.7 Fix Steam Intergration and Add Localizations (2026-06-11) ✨
🎮 Fixed Steam integration in production builds
Fixed a critical packaging issue that prevented steamworks.js from loading in Steam builds, which blocked Steam sign-in and Pal Engine API session linking for affected users.
🌐 Interface translations are now available (Work in Progress)
Pal Engine now includes the first wave of interface translations. You can choose your language from Settings → General. More screens, languages, and polish will continue to roll out in upcoming updates.
🏗️ Character behavior now runs through the backend Behavior Service
Character logic and behavior decisions have been moved out of the Three.js layer and into the backend Behavior Service. The character renderer now focuses on playback and visuals, receiving behavior instructions from the backend instead of deciding animations and reactions locally.
