Heavy Knight Playtesting Begins!
After a lot of hard work, I'm happy to release a playtest for Heavy Knight. So far I've done some limited playtesting at conventions during development, which has produced a lot of positive feedback. With releasing this playtest on Steam, I can now gather even more feedback!
I'll be posting announcements periodically when I release updates for the alpha build of the game. These will include release notes with changes from the prior release. Like so:
Heavy Knight (alpha 1.0) Release Notes
Initial release for private playtesting
Development continues. Here's the roadmap!
This week - limited fixes from early playtesting feedback
Early October - breaktime
Late October - Resume development of the game's first chapter, more bug fixes
November - Open up public playtesting
Q2 2026 - Release Demo
I'm looking to do a quick update to the alpha build later this week before I go on break. Check back soon!
