Added more debug keys in case headsets have different FOV or Aspect Ratio preferences I don't know about.
PgUp/PgDown : changes FOV
Home/End : changes Aspect Ratio
The numbers are visible in Settings->Virtual Reality.
If your IPD is strange, the setting that has been sent by the Hmd is shown there also. IPD should always be set directly from Hmd Configuration Tools.
