Patch Notes v0.10.7
Performance and GPU
- Fixed performance issues with high-resolution external displays
- Reduced overall GPU usage

Window and display
- Windowed mode can now be dragged and resized
- Fixed the game occasionally switching to windowed mode during launch
Balance and progression

- Reality Rend research now requires Advanced Engineering as a prerequisite
UI
- Added tooltips to building talents
- Fixed the mouse cursor not appearing when hovering over notifications in placement mode
