We would like to express our gratitude and thanks to the community for supporting Fawn the Florist Demo and it is with great pleasure the CozyBit Games announce the official release of Fawn the Florist! As a small, indie game development team who started this title as a university project for our final year of study, we are astonished by the amount of interest the Demo received and we are proud to present the final release with refined and updated features as listed below.
What's New?
Mac Support!
Our Programming team has worked hard in ensuring that Mac users will be able to play Fawn the Florist on launch. We know that there was quite a few people we met at showcases or have wish listed that only have a Mac and we're super happy to be able to provide that for you. We've done a lot of playtesting behind the scenes to ensure it is a great experience. However, as Mac is a new platform for us to support we do expect some unique bugs so do report them via the in-game bug reporter or message us in discussions.
A New Fawn
You'll be pleased to learn that Fawn has been upgraded beyond walking around in circles! She's been freed of her restrictions and will now roam your entire garden space occasionally helping water, harvest and collect coins. It's only right she does her share of the work! Additionally you can reward Fawn and your critter friends for their hard work by clicking on them.

Two New Flowers
Our lead artist has carefully and meticulously created two beautiful new flowers to add to your garden. We're not going to spoil the surprise of them so try and nab them in the game! A sneak peak is provided below. We hope you love the look of them!

Redesigned Quest System
Early in production we had never planned to have a quest system within the game. This changed as we play tested and saw players desire to be able to talk to Fawn, learn about the game world and have a little bit of guidance on what to do. We've now fully realised this vision with our new Quest system.

The UI Team took inspiration from letters and being able to interact with them like post cards. We've also added clear indicators on how to unlock quests and allowed the sender to send back a reply letter for you to see how your actions are making a positive impact. Look forward to helping Fawn on her little quest that also helps you create the garden of your dreams.

Steam Achievements
Everyone likes a bit of a shiny achievement to showcase their work. It's no different here, the art team worked meticulously to make every achievement icon feel worthwhile. Try and get em all!
Please note: Achievements can only be unlocked on new save files.
UI Updates, Critter Interactions, QoL and More!
Whilst we have added a bunch we also took time to improve what was currently there.
Some Examples!
We have updated the entire UI to match the aesthetics and be more intuitive and easy to use.

Critters now have Zzz's when they sleep and can be clicked on to thank them for their hard work

The deletion and moving functions have been separated on the store page. Now, you can use both functions separately on the store page. After selecting one, you can click to switch in the sidebar. The cursor also shows which mode is currently in use. This will help make re-organising your garden much easier and stress free.

Demo Save File Compatibility
We have made great efforts to ensure your demo save files are still functional in the final game. This has been achieved. The only caveat is that the quests will be reset and you cannot unlock achievements through them. However, all the flowers and critter friends will be just as you left them! As part of the release we will also be de-activating the demo version.
Updated Data Logging
We have made the decision to keep our data logger within the official release. This will provide our team critical information to ease the process of balance, bug fixes and refinements when necessary. As part of this we have updated our privacy policy. All players who played the demo will be re-prompted to accept the new policy in-game.
What's Next?
We are super excited to see how everyone finds the game. However, as we are a university development team, the team will provide refinements and bug fixes to the final release from feedback until the end of 2025. After this time, we are formally stopping any development and will continue to work on the game on a volunteer basis, with data logging being disabled as well. Therefore, this is where our journey as a team for Fawn the Florist ends. We thank everyone of you who has downloaded and played both our Demo and full release, we very much appreciate your support on this project and we hope you enjoy creating your wonderful gardens!
