Hi everyone,
Bitter Harvest 1.4 is now live!
This is the biggest update since launch and focuses on expanding the farming side of the game based directly on player feedback.
Raise Animals
Your farm can now be home to:
Chickens
Ducks
Cows
Goats
Feed your animals, let them graze outdoors, and use the new farm bell to call them outside or bring them back in.
You'll also be able to collect:
Eggs
Duck Eggs
Milk
Goat Milk
A new Animal Seller has also arrived, allowing you to purchase animals and farming supplies.
Expanded Farming
Version 1.4 also introduces:
Four new crops: Beet, Potato, Kale, and Tomato
More farming space
Watering can upgrades that water larger areas
Sprinklers to automatically water crops
Permanent stamina upgrades earned through cooked meals
New tutorials have also been added to help players get started with animal feeding and herding.
This update is the first major step in the Farming & Progression roadmap I shared recently.
Thank you to everyone who has played Bitter Harvest, shared feedback, reported bugs, and helped shape the game over the past month. Every major update so far has been driven by your suggestions.
If you've been enjoying Bitter Harvest, I'd really appreciate it if you could leave a Steam review. Reviews help other players discover the game and make a huge difference to its future.
I hope you enjoy Version 1.4!
